Account Executive- NCR

Responsibilities:
Assist our technical team with their trial mix activities and samples testing (as needed) and use the said activity to establish a good business relationship with the clients.
Ensure all documentation are sufficient such as confirmed PO, sales invoice, delivery receipts and other needed documents for countering and billing purposes.
Account Executive Outbound sales, create new accounts and maintain existing accounts including in-house clients. Identify areas where RMC’s are located and act ive ongoing inf rast ructure projects specifically in SOUTH LUZON.
Arrange meetings with the client , secured trial mix date and coordinate trial mix act ivi ty with the technical team.
Get vital information such as Owner ’s name, Operations Head, QC Manager , Procurement Head, Finance Head and other relevant key personnel that will help us secure a deal.
Create a basic market analysis such as competition, pricing, payment term etc.
Submit weekly performance report , projects update and sales progress.
Submit monthly sales forecast and sales lead.
Help to maintain a seamless functioning strategies for technical, sales and service team.
Track aging reports and secured payment and collection dates and properly coordinate it to our finance team for pick up schedule. Moni tor and updates TPC records.
Make your own business plan and marketing plan as part of individual contribution for the entire sales team.
Participate in external and internal sales and marketing events. Participate on trainings and seminars related to business.
