About The Role

Job Description:

• Outbound Telemarketing project where agents call prospective plans with PPO plans.
• Determine the eligibility of the patients for the care benefits we offer by checking the type of health plan they have (PPO and not HMO).
• Determine if the patients are qualified for certain benefits by asking pre-qualifying questions using the CRM.
• Process order of the times through their pharmacy (pain cream, vitamins, etc.) based on the patient's response.
• Follow the script verbatim wherever required for compliance.
  
  

Preferred Skillset(s)

• Average computer skills. Knows how to multi task and toggling between applications and MS windows
• Can speak English really well
• Has the ability to sell things over the phone by simply providing detailed descriptions of the product"
  
  

Qualification(s)

1-3 years of telesales experience
