Self Development

• Network Availability Management - Territory Target
• Supports YoY top down target of NTG by conducting on site restoration
• Ensures correct prioritization in resource allocation of own SKSK sites
• Manages requested spare resources allocated to SKSK sites
• Manages facility equipment and spares resource management of SKSK sites
• Level 1 engagement with TCO counterpart for restoration of incidents
• Project Supports YoY programs, strategies and ensures implementation in assigned SKSK sites to reduce network faults and vulnerabilities.
• Safekeeping and updating of SKSK site information such as; Databases, shift, Network Topology, 2Mb plan, Site Address, etc.)
• Supports Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.
• Attends and practices mandatory management, soft skills and technical learning modules.
• Practices EDL (Everyday leadership) and SOUL Leadership principles.
