Those in SAP Customer at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP CRM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you help clients enhance the benefits of their SAP resources with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital. As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You leverage your proficiency in SAP TM, Hybris Billing, C4C, and other SAP applications to deliver quality results, while developing top-performing teams and solving complex business issues.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Experience in leading Moderate to Big size teams
• Experience in Activate Methodology
• Experience in JIRA, HP ALM and other PMO tools
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Certification in S/4HANA
• Handling requirement gathering, blue printing, and design
• Conducting in-depth analysis of client business needs
• Contributing to project planning and timelines
• Configuring hands-on based on client requirements
• Understanding business process and S/4HANA functionalities
• Designing and maintaining SAP SD and EDI integration
• Familiarity with SAP ABAP programming
• Experience in Brown field and Blue field implementation

• Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
