The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you are expected to lead the development of IT solutions by configuring SAP PP and QM functionalities to support business process requirements. As a Manager, you are expected to guide teams in strategic planning and execution, achieving project success and maintaining elevated standards. You are expected to leverage your knowledge in SAP S4HANA to translate business requirements into IT specifications, manage client accounts, and mentor junior staff, while upholding PwC’s quality standards and contributing to the firm's broader business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP PP and QM functionalities
• Guide teams in strategic planning and project execution
• Translate business needs into IT specifications using SAP S4HANA
• Manage client relationships and maintain account satisfaction
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Maintain exemplary standards and quality in deliverables
• Contribute to the firm's strategic business initiatives

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Accredited in S/4HANA
• Developing IT solutions with SAP PP and QM
• Leading E2E implementation projects in S4HANA
• Translating business requirements into IT specifications
• Integrating cross workstream processes in SAP
• Utilizing SAP new dimension tools like SAP IBP and PPDS
• Leading complex project delivery
• Documenting systems development and configurations

• Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
