When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Risk and Compliance team you are tasked with conducting R&Q reviews of work requests, documenting adverse feedback, and identifying process enhancements. As a Senior Associate, you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining exemplary standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while supporting leadership teams to develop and expand continuous monitoring processes to assess compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of work requests to maintain quality
- Document and address adverse feedback received
- Identify and implement process improvements for effectiveness
- Analyze complex problems to provide insightful solutions
- Mentor team members to uphold exemplary standards
- Develop and maintain enduring client relationships
- Support leadership in expanding continuous monitoring processes
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards through thorough assessments
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3 years of experience in both external and internal auditing
- Professional accounting certification such as Certified Public Accountant is required for Assurance
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Good understanding of audit concepts and regulatory requirements
- Supporting QA processes for Business Services
- Assisting QA tax initiatives and activities
- Supporting Consulting Services quality processes
- Conducting R&Q review of work requests
- Identifying process improvements from R&Q reviews
- Maintaining and monitoring databases for findings
- Presenting reports to R&Q leaders
- Supporting leadership in continuous monitoring processes
