The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Business Services and Support team you are tasked with managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned Directors, coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, and preparing reports and presentations. As a Senior Associate, you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining exemplary standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while also managing company activities and leading special projects assigned by the Assurance management team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and support for assigned Directors
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling of meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and develop reports and presentations for various stakeholders
  • Analyze intricate issues to provide practical solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills
  • Build and nurture enduring client relationships
  • Lead special projects as directed by Assurance management
  • Maintain exemplary standards in deliverables

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of Executive Assistant/Executive Support experience for senior leadership
  • Oral and written proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Google and M365 applications
