As part of the Risk and Compliance team you oversee and refine the helpdesk function, maintaining compliance and productivity. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity while expanding your technical knowledge and personal brand.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support service, technical support service, helpdesk management or any related role
• Superior working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer and technical service skills
• Competency in project management and/or project coordination
