In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Managed Services team you will collaborate with various teams to assist clients in implementing and operating new capabilities while enhancing technology for improved business performance. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, supporting senior staff, and developing your skills to deliver quality work while navigating complex situations.

- Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions

- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP, specifically TM
- Assisting in system reports and integrations development
- Performing manual and automated patch testing
- Developing weekly hours burn reports and support analysis
- Offering functional and technical subject matter knowledge
- Meeting with stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Monitoring systems for performance and conducting root cause analysis
- Collaborating in client-aligned teams to deliver outcomes
- Familiarity with SAP FICO, MM, SD, and HR
