A2R Analyst I

Finance SSC > General Ledger and Cash Management > General Ledger, AME & LAT

Responsibilities

• The General Ledger is mainly responsible for Month End/Quarter End/Year End closing of the company's financial records
• Execute the relevant finance processing of the General Ledger fully in accordance with the defined and agreed Vestas Standard Operating Procedures.
• Engage and collaborate with relevant colleagues (i.e., AP/ AR/TE, Controlling and Reporting) and business stakeholders (i.e., Regional Finance, Payroll & Treasury), in order to solve operational issues and problems with speed and quality
• Performed analytical review to ensure the meeting of KPIs and PPIs for the specific function assigned
• Assist in developing training plans and knowledge sharing within the team

Qualifications

• A graduate of BS Accountancy
• With a solid background in General Ledger functions, Reporting or Controlling
• With at least 2-5 years of working experience in the same field
• BPO or SSC experience is beneficial
• Have knowledge in process improvement methodologies
• With certifications (i.e., CPA, CMA, CIA, etc.)

• With good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Problem-solving-oriented
• Flexible and willing to work on holidays as needed and on any shift as may be assigned
• With a professional demeanor and attitude. Can blend well with different kinds of personalities
• With knowledge in using ERP systems
