Position: 3D Formwork Digital Engineer
Location: Ortigas, Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D formwork and falsework design models using AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Tekla, or equivalent software.
- Produce shop drawings, layout plans, assembly details, and assembly sequence for site execution.
- Design temporary works design in compliance with AS 3610 and relevant standards.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent and constructability.
- Optimize material usage and propose value engineering solutions to reduce cost and time.
- Review and incorporate site feedback, redline markups, and as-built conditions into updated drawings.
- Provide technical support to construction teams, including resolving design issues during installation.
- Maintain proper documentation of design files, calculations, and revisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in formwork/falsework design (preferably in civil or infrastructure projects).
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD 3D, Revit, Tekla Structures, or similar).
- Strong understanding of structural behavior, load paths, and temporary works design.
- Knowledge of construction methods, concrete technology, and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
