KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a versatile professional to fulfill both Designer and PM roles in CEBU area, acting as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and our team to ensure smooth project execution.

The primary responsibilities include designing, creating, and providing aesthetic advice for presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, architecture, or a related field, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional retail spaces. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing store layouts, fixtures, and displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will work closely with our LG Cebu merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that our stores reflect our brand identity and meet our business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handles In-store design management for Vis-Min Area.
  • Develop and implement store design concepts and layouts for Vis-Min region.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams on store concept development.
  • Conduct site inspections and provide necessary drawings for various projects.
  • (Ocular) Prepare 2D sketches and use CAD for detailed technical drawings and 3D models.
  • Conceptualize and lay out designs for stores while adhering to approved specifications
  • Coordinate with vendors from project start and check site conditions.
  • Conducts in-store inspection for newly installed and current display.
  • Keep management informed of client relations.
  • Provides weekly reports and project updates to the HSAD Manila Branch.
  • Regular design collaboration with HSAD Manila Branch
  • Liaise with main branch and contractors to ensure projects adhere to guidelines.
  • Manage client relationships and provide consistent project status updates.
  • Control and maintain shop design to meet brand standards.

KEY EXPERIENCES (REQUIREMENT)

EXPERIENDCED IN RETAIL ENVIRONMENT (** Preferred / Not mandatory **)

PROACTIVE, PASSIONATE, PROACTIVE AND ENTHUSIASTIC

CHECK DETAIL FROM THE BOTTOM TO UP

  • Bachelor (or Equivalent) or a higher degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Minimum 5 years in retail concepts, branded architecture, and experiential design.
  • Good management skills and on-site project delivery and project closure.
  • Possess working experience particularly in design management, coordination, space planning, project planning, construction coordination with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp (V-ray, Podium), and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written (English, Tagalog, Bisaya) communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising best practices and architectural drawing details.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of quick decision-making.
  • Need to be careful and detail oriented.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
  • Be keen on regarding designs details, materials and costing.
  • Quick response and decision.
  • Excellent time management skills: Always at work and on time.
  • Be willing to render overtime work.
  • Skilled at MS office
  • Lives in Cebu area.
  • Willingness to travel regularly in Visayas Region.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
