- Accurately understand the client brief and carry out the creative design of the main screen of the project (Campaign/Event), mainly including 3D render, the main campaign screen, short video creative, social media account image, event materials, VI, print ads, H5, PPT, etc.
- Provide 3D Perspective or Photoshop Mock up of our stores design and exhibition design, Hero Product, POSM Standard Visibility Display that will be used and presented by merchandising officer to regionals and management
- Work and communicate closely with Project Coordinators to support the project initiatives and ensure that all design and production aspects of the deliverables are on track
- Participate in the creative communication of the planning content, carry out the communication and discussion of the design direction, and develop the creativity from concept to specific design through visual expression
- Demonstrate the ability to concept & develop artwork, proofread, prepare comps, build print-ready files, maintain digital assets, perform pre-flight checks, uphold accurate file maintenance, and provide occasional backup and creative support to fellow designers
- Review and approve art proofing materials: Checks colors, and quality, proofreads with Procurement Officer and Supplier, attend meetings, present concepts, and communicate project status, updates, or changes
- Assist to follow up on the final draft and maintain the quality and timeliness of design execution
- Provide concept development, design, and production for projects
- Must be a college graduate from any design-related course and with an interest in cosmetics and branding
- Preferably have first-hand design experience of at least 2 years (preferably from other Cosmetic brands)
- Must be good in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SketchUp and Photoshop
- Must be able to work independently and can deliver results
- Must be quick-witted and be able to solve problems fast and independently
- Must be able to adapt to changes in the company
- Must be a multi-tasker (able to handle a lot of projects at the same time) and handle pressure well
