Roles and Responsibilities

  • Executes necessary tasks in maintaining the reference files based on set guidelines
  • Researches and reviews product reference information with the use of internet
  • Updates and maintains product reference database
  • Provides regular updates to local office for deliverables
  • Performs regular review of all product reference extracts
  • Provides accurate and complete outputs for all reports according to timeline
  • Participates in projects and process improvements
  • Works and communicates with other departments
  • Liaise with Support teams to perform data fixes
  • Provides and analyze query resolutions and inputs

List of required skills for this role:


  • MS Office computer skills
  • Pharmacy or health sciences-background preferred
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English or language of the country supported, but not required
  • High analytical skills
