- Supervise daily wholesale retail operations.
- Lead, train, and schedule wholesale sales staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with wholesale customers.
- Process bulk orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Ensure pricing, invoices, and purchase orders are accurate.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
- Track sales performance and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- At least 1-3 years of experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in retail or wholesale sales.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
