- At least 1 year of BPO sales calling experience or any role involving communication with English-speaking clients (e.g., from the US, Canada, the UK, or Australia)
- Full-Cycle Sales Experience: End-to-End Sales, Account Executive (AE), or Closing Role.
- High-Ticket or B2B Sales Focus: Inbound & Outbound Calls
- CRM and Sales Tool Proficiency
- Industry-Related Sales Experience: Telco, Financial Loans, Recruitment sales,
