- College graduate of Business Course/Commerce
- At least 2 years of experience in Warehousing and Inventory
- Knowledge of Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office
- Point-person for Warehouse Operations Branch Support
- Point-person for communication with Malaysia Warehouse Operations and Branch Support
- Point-person for any request of inventory query
- Daily monitoring and processing of Invoice Feedback
- Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Control Files (SC)
- Daily monitoring and processing of Stock Transfer (TF)
- Daily monitoring and processing of Barcode Exchange (BEX)
- Responsible for Warehouse Accuracy Check
- May be assigned other workload and duties by the immediate superior
- Must have effective communication and negotiation skills, since national and international communication is a pivotal part of the job
- Must be able to do multiple tasks all with attention to fine details
- Must be numeric and be able to demonstrate basic accountancy related to inventory
- Computer literate and capable of Microsoft Office Suits and other inventory applications
