  • Responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate data encoding/ clerical support to ensure inventory accuracy, documentation compliance, and smooth logistics flow.
  • Encode and update inventory transactions (For Encoder)
  • Organize and manage warehouse documentation (for Clerk)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of system data and records.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely updates.
  • Assist in inventory counting and reports when needed.
  • Highschool Graduate or College Level
  • At least 1 year in related field
  • Attention to details
  • Communication Skills
  • Computer Skills: Gsheets/ERP Skills
  • Organize
  • Willing to work onsite in Malibay, Pasay
