CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES-VOICE for a new Healthcare Account

(onsite assignment, graveyard shift)

  • Manage incoming calls from policyholders regarding insurance claims, coverage, and benefits.
  • Respond promptly to emails and inquiries through various communication channels, including chat, social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve complex claims and issues.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to policyholders.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to insurance support services.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as claims processing and underwriting, to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of CSR (Healthcare Account-Insurance) experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills
  • Average Typing Speed of 45-50 WPM
  • Excellent and able to Multi-task on the following: Answering email inquiries, Able to do Inbound Calls, Able to do Outbound Calls for Callbacks
  • Fast learner & highly trainable with good analytical skills
  • Team player and able to work with less supervision
  • Knowledge using Microsoft Excel Files
  • Good problem solver & has a Positive attitude
  • Must be willing to work graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Well-organized, Responsible, and Initiative
  • Independent with positive work ethic and passion to succeed
  • Willing to start immediately
