အကျဉ်းစစ်တရားရုံးမှ PDF တစ်ဦးနှင့် စစ်ခုံရုံးမှ ပကဖ တစ်ဦးအား ထောင်ဒဏ်ချမှတ်ခြင်း၊ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရေးခုံရုံးမှ ပကဖအဖွဲ့ဝင် လေးဦးအနက် တစ်ဦးအား ရာထူးမှ ထုတ်ပယ်ခြင်း၊ နှစ်ဦးအား တာဝန်မှ ခြောက်လ ယာယီရပ်ဆိုင်းခြင်း၊ တစ်ဦးအား စာဖြင့် အသိပေး အရေးယူခြင်းများ လုပ်ဆောင်ခဲ့သည်ဟု ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်၌ ပါရှိသော်လည်း မည်သည့်ပြစ်မှုများ ကျူးလွန်ထားသည်ဆိုသည့်အချက်ကိုမူ ဖော်ပြထားခြင်း မရှိပေ။ သို့သော် မျှတသည့် တရားစီရင်မှု (Fair Trial) ၊ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများနှင့်အညီ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်နေကြောင်း အသိပေး ထုတ်ပြန်သည်ဟူ၍ ပါရှိသည်။
