The Treasury Assistant is primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of treasury services support, cashiering assistance, and department administrative support. The role ensures all financial activities comply with the overall direction, policies, and processes of the AUTOHUB Group.

- Attend to the assignment, validation, and timely release of checks to requestors and suppliers.
- Prepare documentary requirements for bank account openings and new or renewal loan applications.
- Monitor daily currency selling rates (USD, EUR, GBP) and coordinate with banks to determine the best rates.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of cash flow transactions in the Treasury Fund Management Systems (TFMS).
- Act as a reliever cashier, collecting payments for vehicle sales, repairs, and insurance while reconciling transactions twice daily.
- Prepare bank deposit slips and endorse daily payments to the treasury messenger for processing.
- Provide secretariat services for department meetings, including agenda preparation and taking minutes.
- Administer the departments petty cash fund and manage the requisition and inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain and safeguard sensitive treasury records, bank forms, and loan documents.
- Bachelor's degree in financial/accounting management or any Business-related course.
- Open to fresh graduates (no experience required)
- Strong computer literacy, specifically in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, coordination skills, and effective time management.
- Professional attitude with a focus on regularity and punctuality in attendance.
