Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to travelers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book and modify travel arrangements effectively.
- Communicate travel options, costs, and itineraries to clients clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions for future reference.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required; further education in travel or tourism is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer service and atleast 1 year of GDS experience.0
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is highly desirable.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Working Conditions: May require working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
