Position Overview
JLL Business Services (JBS) is reshaping its transformation model to meet the pace and scale of change required under JLL’s Accelerate 2030 strategy. The Transformation Director is a newly created senior role, embedded within a JBS service line and accountable for owning and driving end-to-end transformation of operational journeys. The role demands the ability to operate across strategic and operational levels simultaneously: defining the direction and rationale with Service Owners, whilst ensuring disciplined execution and measurable value realisation.
Reporting into the relevant JBS Service Owner and working in close partnership with the BE&T Transformation Portfolio team, the Transformation Director will lead a team of Business Analysts and act as the primary interface between JBS operations leadership and the wider delivery ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy
- Own and develop the transformation vision and strategy for the assigned functional area in partnership with the Service Owner
- Translate JBS and JLL enterprise goals (including Accelerate 2030) into a tangible, prioritised roadmap
- Build and validate business cases for transformation initiatives, quantifying benefits across efficiency, quality, and client experience
- Build and maintain the initiative pipeline, prioritizing by value and effort and adapting as business needs evolve
- Establish governance cadence to track progress, manage risk, and ensure accountability across the portfolio
- Work with operations teams to identify opportunities and engage with delivery teams to align on solution design and implementation approach
- Direct the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring all projects are resourced, aligned to delivery teams, and delivering against objectives
- Share best practice across Transformation Directors and maintain consistency of delivery approach
- Own stakeholder reporting: present roadmaps, progress, and outcomes to JBS operations leadership with clarity and credibility
- Build strong partnerships with peers in adjacent functional areas, enabling functions, and delivery teams in a matrix environment
- Establish credibility and trust with operational leaders, acting as a strategic partner and enabler rather than an oversight function.
- Navigate the stakeholder landscape to incentivize cross-functional collaboration and resolve delivery impediments
- Accountable for realization of portfolio outcomes: establish baselines, track metrics, and ensure committed benefits are delivered
- Embed a transformation mindset within operations teams and support development of JBS culture
- Actively manage organizational change, ensuring each initiative is supported by appropriate communications, training, and transition planning to minimize disruption and sustain adoption
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of leading experience in transformation and / or change management teams.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering complex, end-to-end operational transformation
- Experience operating in shared services, GCC, or business services environments preferred
- Experience working in large scale organizations with matrix reporting
- Exposure to different delivery models including citizen development and modern transformation tooling
- Experience in internal / external consulting preferred
- Proven ability to engage credibly with senior leadership and operational teams alike, adapting communication style to audience
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose operational weaknesses and translate them into high-value transformation initiatives
- Excels at translating complex data and operational analysis into actionable improvement strategies
- Strong business case development and benefits realization capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrixed, global organizations
- Disciplined portfolio and programmed governance — ability to bring structure without bureaucracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of articulating a clear, compelling narrative to build confidence in a transformation plan
- Strategic thinker with a strong orientation towards execution and tangible outcomes
- High personal accountability; self-directed and proactive in the absence of instruction
- Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of creating clarity for others
- Experience of working across time zones and cultures
- Collaborative in approach, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable results
- Experience with Agile or Lean transformation methodologies
- Candidate should have blackbelt (*though it's not mandatory)
- Prior experience managing or developing Business Analyst teams
