Job Summary
The TCE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring effective execution of trade marketing programs and initiatives across assigned channels. This role supports sales operations by coordinating with field teams, monitoring compliance with execution standards, and ensuring timely implementation of promotional activities to drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
At least 1–2 years experience in sales coordination, trade marketing, or field operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willing to do fieldwork if required
Available on PM & Night Shifts.
Can drive l300 isuzu traviz & with driver's license pro 1,2

Key Responsibilities
Program Execution
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of trade marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ensure all initiatives are executed according to company standards and timelines.
- Work closely with Sales, BOD (Business Operations/Development), and field personnel to ensure alignment.
- Provide guidance and updates on ongoing promotions and activities.
- Track execution of in-store activities, displays, and merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on execution status, issues, and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities, attendance logs, and field reports.
- Analyze execution data and provide insights to improve trade effectiveness.
- Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate distribution of marketing materials and trade assets.
- Ensure availability of tools needed for field execution.
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Sales, Marketing) for smooth operations.
- Support onboarding or briefing of field personnel related to execution guidelines.
