What is this role about?
The role involves overseeing LPG refilling operations at a Third-Party Refilling Plant (TPRP) on behalf of SeaOil Philippines Inc. (SPI). This includes managing the documentation for LPG sales, coordinating with suppliers for replenishments, and ensuring that all transactions and inventory reports are accurate and up-to-date. The individual in this role is also responsible for ensuring the proper sealing, filling, and weight of LPG cylinders and bulk trucks, while also ensuring compliance with contracts and supply agreements. They serve as the liaison between SPI, its refilling partners, and suppliers, making sure that SPI's business interests are protected.
What will YOU do?

Coordinate with bulk supply points to request and manage LPG supply replenishments

Interact with suppliers for terminal issuance of ATL and related documents

Prevent product runout in TPRPs through proactive inventory monitoring and coordination

Monitor and update inventory stock for bulk LPG, cylinders, and seals; manage replenishments as needed

Update and maintain accurate dispatch and inventory reports for all bulk transactions at supplier terminals and TPRP plants

Communicate sales and remaining inventory status to the LPG team via work chat and/or SMS

Ensure all cylinders are properly sealed and filled with accurate LPG content; verify weight and seals on bulk trucks and Seagas cylinders

Prepare and process documents for loaded bulk trucks, proof of filled cylinders, and truck releases

Collaborate accounting to ensure timely invoicing based on daily sales and transactions

Coordinate with LPG Operations and Metal Management to manage seals, consumables, cylinder repairs, swaps, and requalification needs
What will YOU need?

At least 1-2 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas industry

Skilled in data and business analysis, inventory management, contract and risk management; with good attention to detail and negotiation skills

Must have a valid driver's license and can drive manual transmission

Must be willing to do field work, as needed
