Opportunity Overview

• Own the failure analysis of Factory dead-on-arrival failures (a.k.a. PIP cases) from intake to closure, including tracking, updates, and escalation
• Perform electrical, functional, and system-level debugging to identify root causes of PIP cases
• Drive root cause validation of PIP cases using experiments, data analysis, and engineering judgment
• Prepare detailed PIP failure analysis reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, PSG, Field, CHE, Engineering) to resolve PIP issues
• Contribute to the development and implementation of containment actions, corrective actions, and process improvements
• Interface with suppliers and external labs for component-level failure analysis and validation
  
  

All About You

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering or equivalent courses.
• Must have high analytical skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency.
• Must be capable of leading or interfacing with cross-functional teams.
• Must have solid hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
