  • Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of DG Sets, LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System etc.
  • Knowledge of new facility creation Projects with installation & commissioning knowledge of DG Sets, LT panels, UPS, HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, BMS System etc. Site handing over / taking over knowledge etc.
  • Coordinate & assist in routine breakdown & preventive maintenance of infrastructure & BMS equipments / Annual scheduled downtime maintenance activities.
  • Should be able to explore the options for energy conservations with necessary cost saving analysis / user awareness emails etc.
  • Should be able to do necessary Client Communication for taking required approvals/ sharing the RCA’s and evidences etc.
  • Should be able to handle internal & external Audits and fulfill necessary Audit requirements.
  • Should be able to manage Data center activities/up gradation Projects etc.
  • Facility upkeep & inventory management for electromechanical consumables.
  • Day to day technical infrastructure operations which includes &/but is not limited to…
o Coordinates and schedules small to mid-size projects and renovations.
  • Liaison with Building authorities, AMC vendors & other service providers to monitor and coordinate during outages & upkeep of Infrastructure Services
  • Good knowledge on MS excel, word, power point, Visio.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills
  • Should work independently and ensure smooth operations
  • Assists with preventative maintenance program and recommends new preventive maintenance items.
  • Coordinates inspections to insure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
  • On-call for building emergencies.
  • Interacts with building occupants resolving day to day maintenance problems.
  • Coordinates security systems and/or safety programs.
  • Implementation of inventory system for equipment and supplies/ Store Management etc.
  • Should open to work in rotational shifts/ on weekends as per process requirement.
  • Should be able to travel at other office locations (Within Philippines & Offshore) to understand the site set-up / coordinate maintenance & Project activities on temporary & permanent basis as per Business requirement.
Total Experience: 02 to 03 Years
Education criteria: BE (Electrical Engineering) or other equivalent technical qualification in Philippines.
