As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects and applying deep expertise to enhance outcomes. This role includes engaging closely with clients to understand their needs, shaping strategies that align with business goals, and fostering collaboration across various teams. The position requires maintaining trusted advisor relationships, facilitating communication, and driving impactful technology and business transformations that support both client and organizational success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing among team members to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and innovation.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and strengthen team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Coupa.
• Strong understanding of procurement and spend management processes within enterprise environments.
• Experience in integrating Coupa solutions with other enterprise systems to optimize workflows.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Coupa.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
