Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or high-volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices is an advantage.
