Role Overview
The position is responsible for Design, Installation, Operation and maintenance of company owned servers, both on premise and cloud. They are also responsible for the reliable up-time, configuration, and security of an organization's servers, and data management systems. They ensure that an organization’s digital infrastructure runs smoothly and securely so employees can do their work without interruption.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Educational Qualification/s
For internal hires:
Excellent Attendance, No NTE, No DA (Disciplinary Action), consistent with Q1 score if agent. If support employee – Box 3 (succeeding) and above during Annual Performance Reviews.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain different type of servers like Windows AD, Application and Database Server.
- Manage and maintain cloud technologies like Azure AD and its related services, Office 365 Suite - Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Skype for Business, etc.
- Work with Hypervisors - VMWare, HyperV, etc.
- Install and configure thin client devices and security
- Creating, updating, and deleting user accounts via directory services like Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID
- Responsible for systems for security vulnerabilities and remediation and enforcing access controls
- Work with Blade products and Storage Solution/Product like SAN, NAS, etc.
- Install and maintain of backup and restore systems (on premise and cloud).
- Integrate on-premise servers and cloud-based Infrastructure.
- Track vulnerabilities & perform remediation with appropriate patches & upgrades.
- Support servers serving large user base.
- Review and update of Project & Service Operations documentation periodically.
- Implement and maintain servers as per company’s security standard.
- Provide operational support to multiple client in shared environment within agreed SLA's.
- Perform Audit for various client & take corrective action.
- Provide on-call support for customers on a monthly roster.
Educational Qualification/s
- Any IT related Bachelors/College Degree or equivalent
- ITIL Certificate(s), Comp TIA A+ cert, TESDA Computer System Servicing NC II cert is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in System Administration, Operation and maintenance of different type of Microsoft servers
- Experience in hybrid setup On premise – Cloud System Infrastructure Setup
- Hybrid, 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH

- You have experience in integration of on-premise servers and cloud-based Infrastructure.
- You can communicate effectively with management, peers, and customers across disciplines and geographies to clearly articulate issues, impacts and advise on preferred solution(s).
- You have proven ability to meet priorities and produce quality deliverables and results while handling multiple work items.
- You can develop and maintain effective relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- You can work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- You have a solid background and at least 3 years’ experience in similar role.
- Microsoft Certifications – Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- M365, Azure Certification, Exchange Online Administrator
- Experience with ITIL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
