Job Requirements
Policies and Procedures
- Review and provide technical suggestions regarding the quality engineering operation (incl. quality-related documents, QIP, TE Quality standards deployment, and QC document updates) within the unit; and conduct quality engineering activities (incl. quality-related documents of assigned products, QIP, TE quality standard deployment, and QC document updates) to ensure the business procedures are in line with QC and global standards.
- Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/functional issues in the team to achieve targeted section performance.
- Monitor and provide technical suggestions to resolve quality-related issues from inspectors and customers.
- Review and monitor the daily operation of quality control activities; review and confirm the 8D process, QA Instruction, gauge (go/no-go), MSA, deviation request solution, and process capability analysis result; review and approve the corrective action requests; ensure the production process meets the company's and customers’ needs.
- Monitor and provide technical suggestions to resolve the quality-related issues from inspectors and customers.

- Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a technical background
- 5 years of quality-related working experience (including 1 year of management experience)
- ISO System familiarity
