About the Job:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Integrated Planning Junior Associate to join our client's Advisory team and support end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives. In this role, you will assist in analyzing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and contributing to the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across the supply chain network. You will work closely with senior team members and clients in delivering data-driven insights and supporting the implementation of advanced planning technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis of supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing strategies to improve end-to-end supply chain visibility, collaboration, and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of supply chain planning solutions and technologies.
• Use data analytics and business insights to help improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and support supply chain solutions.
• Work with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
• Assist in interpreting data and preparing actionable recommendations for supply chain improvements.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and learning activities within the team.
• Build professional relationships with clients under the guidance of senior team members to support project delivery.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting.
• Exposure to APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data.
• Basic understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, and operational processes.
• Experience in data analysis or supply chain improvement projects is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
