This position oversees the entire security operation of the company to protect the employees and the company assets. In charge of planning, implementing, and overseeing the company's daily security operations. Communicating and collaborating with company colleagues at all levels, establishing and documenting procedures, managing projects, mentoring, and developing security staff and security guards, and taking high level of responsibility for all security aspects at the assigned site. Ensure the security of executives during site visits.

  • Manages physical security personnel to ensure they perform their obligation according to the agreements in the contract
  • Provides update to the security team, interviews, and onboards new security guards.
  • Monitor the security guard staffing schedule.
  • Protect company's property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
  • Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property.
  • Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
  • Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
  • Conducts regular security inspections.
  • Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter.
  • Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
  • Investigates security threats and breaches.
  • Manage control access at building entrances and parking access.
  • Writes comprehensive security reports.
  • Builds and manages the departmental budget.
  • Manage the Door Access systems and CCTV cameras.
  • Builds and manages the departmental budget.
  • Recommends new security technology.
  • Maintains utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Investigate and resolve security issues.
  • Ensures that the team follows security and privacy laws and standards.
  • Adheres, formulates, improves, and implements all company security measures, standards and controls.
  • Create, implement, and communicate security policies and procedures.
  • Review security policies, programs, or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies.
  • Ensures that security policies and procedures are being implemented.
  • Provides evidence and lead audit requirements during SOC2, PCI, Client Audits and Government required audits.
  • Leading the physical security team in ensuring all on-site safety and health protocols are being implemented and executed properly without bias or special treatment to employees regardless of position
  • Plan security for internal and external events
  • Attend meetings, professional seminars, or conferences to keep abreast of changes in executive legislative directives or new technologies impacting security operations.
  • Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
  • Arrange and perform security details for visiting executives.
  • Create and plan van pickup routes for special events and COVID 19-related transportation requirements/assistance.
  • Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.Manage and monitor the hired vehicles used to pickup/drop off employees.
  • Manage transportation and schedule for site needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure smooth implementation of processes.
  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree or a graduate of Criminology or any equivalent is a plus.
  • Must be a Certified Security Professional (CSP)
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in a management role in Security Operations
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols, operations, procedures, investigation, and intelligence gathering
  • Completes and submits reports by collating environment scans, recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
  • Must have knowledge in security equipment such as (DACS and CCTV)
  • Must have knowledge in the following software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Ability to respond to emergency situations and crisis.
  • Strong interest in protecting people and asset of the company.
  • With strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • With excellent interpersonal skills
