Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Cook basic Japanese dishes and other standard meals as needed.
- Plan simple daily menus based on available ingredients.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and proper food handling at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
- Monitor and report kitchen and food supply requirements.
- Store ingredients properly and minimize food waste.
- Follow company sanitation and safety standards.
- Experience as a cook or chef is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine and ability to cook other meal varieties.
- Can prepare meals efficiently and maintain cleanliness.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Willing to work in a staff house environment.
