About the role
As Cost Controller you will be part of the Shared Service Center ("SSC") Controlling team. The team currently consists of 8 members (4 in Netherlands, 4 in Philippines) and takes care of the Cost Controlling and Financial Business Partnering for our 21 Global SSC organizations, with a combined annual spend of >0.4B$. Examples of these SSC organizations are HR, IT, Finance, Facility Management, Package R&D, Corporate Affairs and Legal.
What you will do:

You are responsible for the cost controlling of several SSC organizations

You assist the Finance Business Partner of these organizations in ad-hoc Financial analysis and requests

You ensure timely and accurate monthly and ad hoc (cost) reporting

You prepare the recurring cost forecasts, both short term and long term, based on input from the business
What you will need:

Bachelor's degree with focus on Finance & Controlling or equivalent required

3 years or more experience in Finance function of international company, Big Four, Consulting etc.

Strong teamwork orientation

Strong analytical and Accuracy driven mindset

Independent worker able to deliver according to planning

Fluent in English Speaking/Writing

Pro-active attitude with a drive to improve

Individual problem-solving skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on strong Excel skills and PowerPoint) and SAP business warehouse
