We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and utilizing CRM tools to support business growth and client management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional materials
Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities
Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Generate and qualify leads through social media campaigns, outreach, and digital marketing initiatives
Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance metrics
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, maintain databases, and support follow-up activities
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to support marketing objectives
Assist in developing marketing materials and promotional campaigns
Requirements
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation
Knowledge and experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and marketing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in lead generation and online outreach
Knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
