The Social Media Head is responsible for leading the Bank’s social media function, driving a cohesive and forward-looking digital presence that strengthens brand equity, deepens customer engagement, and supports business growth.
The role will set the strategic direction for social media across the Bank, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities while championing innovation, customer-centric storytelling, and data-driven decision-making.

- Deliver measurable growth in engagement, reach, and brand sentiment.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality content across all business units.
- Leverage data and trends to continuously optimize performance.
- Act as a strategic advisor on social media across the organization.
- Maintain alignment with brand, compliance, and reputational standards.
- Have the vision to think of what's next in social media (innovation)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing Management, Advertising, or related course
- (Preferred) Master’s Degree in Business Management or Communications
- At least 10 years in Social Media marketing management
- Experience in the Financial Services industry is an advantage
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align social media with business priorities.
- Data & Analytics Acumen: Strong capability to interpret metrics and drive actions.
- Creative Leadership: Sharp eye for content, storytelling, and innovation.
- Collaboration & Influence: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional partnership skills.
- Customer & Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of audience behavior and emerging trends.
- Leadership: Visionary, collaborative, and capable of leading teams in a dynamic environment.
