Qualifications

  • Must be willing to stay-in work set-up and residing from provinces (Bataan, Batangas, Pangasinan, Zambales, Visayas and Mindanao)
  • Vocational / Technical course in Automotive, Heavy Equipment, or Mechanical Technology
  • TESDA certification (e.g., Heavy Equipment Servicing NC II/III) is an advantage
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
  • Must have driver's license and willing to transport heavy equipment for overhauling
  • Knowledgeable in hydraulic systems, electrical systems and hydraulics
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Physically fit and able to work in demanding weather conditions
  • Willing to work on-site or extended hours
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Safety-conscious mindset

Main Duties

  • Perform preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair of heavy equipment, forklifts, cranes, backhoe, loader, manlift, bulldozer, dump truck, truck mixer and other related vehicles.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical system failures using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Repair and overhauling of engines, transmissions, and braking systems to ensure continuous operation.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and ensure all units are safe, operational, and compliant with safety and company standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and production teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime or disruption.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, monitor equipment performance, and recommend parts replacement or equipment improvements.
