  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in construction or site supervision.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating subcontractors.
  • Outdoor environment, potentially in adverse weather, may require lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
