- Developing and implementing strategies to minimize the shipping and receiving costs and coordinating with the key partners and vendors to manage logistics and transportation of goods.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement, and developing plans to optimize the efforts and improve efficiency.
- Implementing standard processes and best practices to improve the efficiency of the shipping and receiving department.
- Managing the shipping and receiving department's day-to-day operations, supervising other team members' work, and providing guidance and support.
