Duties And Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with company policies, systems, and procedures

Lead and manage a disciplined, results-oriented team
Oversee project execution, billing, collection, and documentation processes
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
Develop team skills, performance, and operational efficiency
Analyze contracts and support negotiations with clients
Gather market and competitor insights for business improvement
Train, manage, and evaluate subcontractors and team members
Support continuous improvement and organizational growth initiatives
