About the role

The Service Offer & Portfolio Management team drive the strategy of the Travel Distribution customer learning offer. Focusing on maximising the value for Travel Seller and Travel School customers, whilst ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and Amadeus’ strategic direction.

The Service Offer Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the transition of Learning Service Offer implementation projects from kick-off and design through to implementation and closure. Designing, testing and implementing the supporting workflows and processes.

Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure that processes and procedures are formalised, followed and improved as necessary to meet customer and/or business needs.

What you will be doing

Service Offer Implementation

  • Lead the transition of Learning Service Offer projects from design to implementation & closure, providing process expertise in service readiness, testing, support and guidance across Learning Services
  • Ensure new services have fully developed end-to-end processes
  • Maintain comprehensive and updated service documentation throughout the service lifecycle.
  • Lead or contribute to projects focused on service quality, performance improvement, and customer satisfaction

Process Improvement

  • Drive improvements to Learning Services processes to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and identify optimization opportunities
  • Ensure that Learning Services processes and procedures are documented, effectively communicated, followed and improved as necessary
  • Gather Learning Services business requirements to define and build use cases and statements of requirements for improvements in support of the Learning Service Offer

About the Ideal Candidate

  • Highly motivated, service-orientated customer service professional with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to successfully manage projects end-to-end (2+ years project management experience)
  • Understanding of service and process design
  • Expertise in working with stakeholders to define and build use cases and statements of requirements
  • Flexible approach, with the ability to prioritise, manage and coordinate multiple activities whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Autonomous with strong follow-through skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
  • Positive and collaborative attitude, able to work effectively across departments and with geographically remote teams
  • Confident, dynamic and forward thinking
  • Ability to analyse trends, synthesize and present in an engaging manner
  • Project Management certification an advantage
