Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service by assisting guests, taking accurate orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-focused attitude to maintain high service standards.

The Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service by assisting guests, taking accurate orders, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus, explain menu items, and provide food and beverage recommendations
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Process bills and payments accurately when required
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized, and properly set dining tables
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
