You'll report to a Team Lead. We are regularly hiring for this role. You'll contribute to the success of the customer experience and the overall success of the team.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Answer incoming communications from customers with care and professionalism
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, ensuring complete resolution
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers and resolve their issues
- Learn something new while helping buyers and sellers navigate the world of eCommerce
- Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced call center professionals
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or equivalent qualification
- Strong verbal communication skills, effective voice tone control, and the ability to adapt to diverse customers and cultural backgrounds
- A learner's mindset with openness to feedback, a commitment to resolving customer issues, and the drive to consistently meet targets and KPIs
- Ability to recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
- Proficient in basic computer use and navigating multiple systems to support efficient customer interactions
- A caring and supportive nature that shines through in every customer interaction
