The Sr Manager, SCM Operations leads cross-functional supply chain activities to ensure reliable, cost-effective product flow. This role oversees planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory optimization, aligning operations with business targets. The leader drives process standardization, system utilization, and data-driven decisions to improve service, cash, and cost. Partnering with finance, sales, and manufacturing, the role balances demand and capacity, mitigating risk and elevating supplier and carrier performance. The position mentors a high-performing team, implements KPIs, and delivers continuous improvement, while ensuring compliance, safety, and strong stakeholder communication across the supply chain network.
JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Warehouse Manager performs leadership functions for Warehouse operations, with objective of developing strategic goals, implementation of initiatives and smooth execution geared towards maximizing profitability and cost competitiveness while sustaining operational effectiveness, and efficiency of processes to support Operations. This role will oversee and provide strategies on people development, process improvement initiatives, compliance to environmental, health, safety, and quality standards, inventory management, warehousing activities, and stakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) or Business Administration (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management). Master’s degree is preferred but not required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the setting of strategic plans and direction for warehouse operations.
- Ensure that departmental goals are translated into actionable plans that will support organizational goals.
- Lead the annual warehouse budget planning.
- Responsible for the development of effective and efficient warehouse and inventory management best practices
- Set warehouse performance indicators and ensures they are aligned and supporting the organizational goals.
- Accountable for ensuring above-target level of inventory accuracy to support production and delivery targets.
- Lead the analysis of warehouse inventory accuracy and operational efficiency and develop actionable plans for loss and downtime prevention.
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities, including inventory and space management, inbound, storage, and outbound activities for parts and finished goods.
- Lead the continuous improvement in the department by driving Six Sigma and PDCA projects and Bright Idea Programs.
- Develop ready-now warehouse talents through coaching and mentoring.
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical) or Business Administration (Operations Management, Supply Chain Management). Master’s degree is preferred but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years working experience in manufacturing, wireless, or service industry.
- At least 5 years Warehouse Managerial experience.
- At least 5 years leadership experience
