Role Overview
The HR Senior Advisor is a hands-on HR professional responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders. This role supports the full employee lifecycle, leads employee engagement and training coordination, and ensures consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
This position is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who can balance advisory responsibilities with daily operational execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Licensed Psychometrician (advantage)
- 3–5 years of solid HR experience in a generalist or advisory role
- Proven hands-on experience in:
- HR operations
- Employee movement
- Employee engagement execution
- Training coordination
- Third Party Management
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
- Experience handling confidential employee matters with professionalism
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to manage multiple HR workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working in both advisory and execution-focused tasks
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Job Description
The HR Senior Advisor plays a key role in supporting employees and managers by providing practical HR advice on policies, employee relations, and performance matters while ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role manages employee movement across the full lifecycle, including regularization, promotion, transfers, and offboarding, with accurate HRIS updates and documentation. The position supports day-to-day HR operations, record management, audits, and process improvements.
The HR Senior Advisor actively leads employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, coordinating events, campaigns, and internal communications. Training coordination is also part of the role, including organizing learning programs, working with vendors, and monitoring completion and documentation. The role also manages HR-related third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring service quality, compliance, and alignment with company standards. The HR Senior Advisor works closely with Payroll, Finance, Admin, IT, Recruitment teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
