Own the numbers, challenge assumptions, and help the business make better decisions.

We’re looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join Tribal as a Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A & Business Partnering. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across our global EdTech business, taking direct ownership of budgeting and forecasting while turning financial data into clear commercial insight.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle end to end, from planning and stakeholder inputs through consolidation, challenge, finalisation, reporting, and reforecasting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to review financial performance and support commercial decision-making.
  • Deliver monthly reporting, variance analysis, commentary, and clear recommendations.
  • Design and maintain reports that track project or contract performance.
  • Present results and financial insights to senior leaders and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Drive measurable improvements across financial reporting, systems, and processes.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance activities as required.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, commercial finance, or a closely related role.
  • Direct ownership of budgeting and forecasting from start to finish, rather than only supporting parts of the process.
  • Recent experience within the last 2-4 years in a multinational, shared services, or global business services environment.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Excel, ERP, financial reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Confidence explaining financial information and recommendations to non-financial stakeholders.
  • A recent example of a finance process improvement you personally drove, with a clear and measurable result.

Why join Tribal?

  • Work directly with senior stakeholders across a global EdTech business.
  • Take genuine ownership of core FP&A activity and influence business decisions.
  • Hybrid working in Pasay City, supported by HMO, parental leave, learning opportunities, volunteer days, a retirement plan, and more.
