This role is focused on configuration and system support, ensuring Eaton HR systems are optimized to meet the needs of the organization. We are looking for our new team member who has a strong background in HR technology, system configuration, and support, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Will Be
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain HR systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements and support HR processes effectively.
- System Support: Provide technical support for HR systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruption.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure system solutions align with business objectives.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems, performing regular audits and implementing necessary controls.
- Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training materials and documentation to support end-users in effectively utilizing HR systems.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HR system projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring HR systems or related enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, practices, and technology.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (such as Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems) is highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of HR technology applications, data integrity, and system configuration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess and optimize business processes and systems.
- Demonstrated experience applying project management methodologies in cross-functional or technology-driven initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business partners.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, process efficiency, and data quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and partner confidently with senior business and IT leaders.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, negotiation, and the ability to lead, influence, and build alignment across diverse groups.
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to shared success and inclusive collaboration.
- High attention to detail with a strong drive to deliver results.
- Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
- Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3x per week) in our Tanauan, Batangas office following EMEA time (Midshift).
