C.Qualifications

Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or any related field

Possesses a strong fieldwork mindset and is willing to work on-site and engage with clients

Sales experience, particularly in the construction industry, is an advantage

Confident and proactive in interacting with clients and building professional relationships

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment

D.Duties And Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits within assigned areas (Villages, Subdivisions, Barangays)

Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects

Perform site-to-site coverage to maximize area penetration

Introduce and explain company products (Roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC, etc.)

Conduct on-the-spot product pitching and demi using samples

Distribute brochures, catalogs, and sample materials

Develop strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers
