Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or any related field
Possesses a strong fieldwork mindset and is willing to work on-site and engage with clients
Sales experience, particularly in the construction industry, is an advantage
Confident and proactive in interacting with clients and building professional relationships
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
D.Duties And Responsibilities
Conduct daily field visits within assigned areas (Villages, Subdivisions, Barangays)
Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Perform site-to-site coverage to maximize area penetration
Introduce and explain company products (Roofing, ACP, WPC, PVC, etc.)
Conduct on-the-spot product pitching and demi using samples
Distribute brochures, catalogs, and sample materials
Develop strong relationships with site personnel, contractors, and small developers
