Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee the daily activities of a team of quality engineers, coordinating efforts across multiple disciplines to ensure seamless integration within the project ecosystem. Your day will involve planning and guiding the team to enhance delivery speed while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. You will facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders to align testing strategies with business objectives and ensure that quality processes are effectively implemented and monitored.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet quality and delivery goals.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and enhance overall team performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
  • Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with eCommerce Frameworks Implementation.
  • Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for complex applications.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret key quality metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration processes to support efficient testing cycles.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
  • This position is based at our Manila office.
